Digital Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

This Digital Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of digital applications, websites, onboard systems, and related services and features (collectively, the “Digital Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Digital Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, content, trademarks, and data structures associated with the Digital Services are owned by or licensed to the service provider. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. Updates & Modifications

The Digital Services may be updated or modified at any time, including adding or removing features. These updates may happen automatically and without prior notice. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of these updates.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of the Digital Services is subject to the Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected. Anonymous usage and diagnostic data may also be collected to improve performance and functionality.

6. Connectivity & Availability

Some features of the Digital Services require internet access or onboard connectivity. Performance may vary based on device capability, location, or network conditions. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Suspension & Termination

Digital Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties are given, express or implied, regarding accuracy, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business
• Device incompatibility or technical issues
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Digital Services
